Your Garage

I'm actively looking for a home and trying to decide if I want to get a garage big enough for the dailies and put the weekend cars in a shop somewhere, or get somewhere big enough for them all.

What's everyone have for garages and what are their layouts/special features that you may have added to them?

I like the idea of a super clean garage, but I also like the thought of not having to drive somewhere to work on my stuff.
