68 Frame bracing dimension help
My frame is out getting media blasted and when it returns I plan to tackle some of the modifications from the Chevy Power Book. The first thing I want to do is add the diagonal braces in the kick-up area that were not on the earlier 68's (like mine) but were added later. I have the braces from Zip and I found a placement that seems to be pretty good but will still need some "massaging" to get good tight gaps for welding. While I am doing this want to get the bracket as close to factory location as possible. Does anyone have a late 68 or later frame exposed that can grab the dimension in the picture for me? Thanks!
