Beware if modding - Water pump denied

Guys,
My car is modded quite a bit. However I was a little surprised when a faulty water pump was not covered at 23K miles. Just a note to all you modders out there. GM seems pretty serious about not covering modded cars. I have a great relationship with my service advisor and he loves that I beat on the car and drive real fast. Im not mad or anything . Just surprised. If your gonna play you gotta pay. So far I have paid for a transmission and a water pump. What's next?
