Whenever I drive my car hard, my car stays in Exhaust Track mode and will not change to any other mode such as Stealth or Tour using the Engine Sound Management selector. It works when the car is cold or just cruising, it will just not close the butterfly valves in the outer pipes when hot or when driven hard.
