What do you do if the right to own a firearm is gone?

I am a freedom loving, 2A supporter, gun nut, collector, competitive shooter and hunter. I have considered for many years what happens if we lose the 2A. I ponder it now more than ever because I am worried that we are getting closer to the end.

So here is the hypothetical....

Hillary gets elected. She gets her 3-6 SCOTUS appointments and Heller is overturned. SCOTUS gives a green light for the feds to outlaw private ownership of firearms. There is a six month grace period to shoot up your ammo and turn in your guns. After that, possession of a gun or a bullet becomes a federal crime with a mandatory 25 year prison term.

You cannot have a gun for defense, hunting, target practice or collecting. Possession becomes a crime and if caught you go to prison regardless of circumstances.

Not asking what YOU would do. I'm wondering what you think most gun owners would do? Would they refuse to comply or would this play out like Obamacare, Benghazi and Hillary's emails with everyone pissed but just accepting it after a few months?
