Can anyone help identify this short shifter? Thank you

This came with my car, its a bit odd because it does definitely have a "shorter throw" but its pretty much stock height.

The stock **** doesn't seem to be threaded on but more "locked in
" as it cant be spun left or right like the stock **** can.

I would like to order a new shift **** so finding out some info on which model this is would be really appreciated
