Back: Using an adjustable wrench to hold the top nut, back the bolts out until you have 2 threads showing.
Front: Unload the front spring off the front bolts, one at a time (jack stand, wheel off, use a jack and a block of wood just outside the lower arm, jack it until the bolt pad is free from the spring). Using a 10MM ratchet wrench, turn the adjuster counterclockwise until you've backed it out as far as it will go.
Be prepared to make small adjustments here and there to maintain proper rake and even wheel gaps left to right.
