Built this engine in about 1976 and had to stop the restoration - moved by the corp, then kids. Today I opened it up. I'm pulling it again to freshen the chassis and replace gaskets in the drive line. Primed the engine before stopping and fogged the cylinders.
Whew!
Engine looked like it ran yesterday. Still has oil dripping from the spring retainers. Just wow!
