... the thought came over me today kinda outta the blue. i remember when my mom and pop had just built a new home many moons ago and they had a house warming party. we had just moved back to our home town, (where they both grew up. small town,) and it was mostly just a party but i was maybe 6 years old and i remember some people brought gifts and being that young, i'm thinking whoo hoo! LOL! but really, i don't ever hear of that anymore. do people still do that? i've never been to one since. maybe i need better friends?....
