Billy Boat x-pipe with cats...bolt on item?

I was considering purchasing the following two items:

In the hope that I could replace the entire c6 exhaust system barring the headers. However on speaking to Corvette Mods they are telling me that this isn't a simple bolt-on to the stock headers? Can anyone elaborate?

If this cannot be done, what alternatives are there that will bolt on to the OEM headers and give me a sports cat + straight-thru exhaust system?
