"Uncertain Usage"

Hi All,

Christian Blanchon who is the webmaster for the C3Registry asked me this question:

in 1972, there is a motor code CRT. In the black book, CRT means 350ci/255hp/mt/ar/uu.

uu means "uncertain usage". Do you have any idea what means this "uncertain usage"??

Anyone know what a motor with the designation of "uncertain usage" was used for?
