TSB on modified car Supercharger

Hi All,

I am hoping I can get some guidance on what to do regarding dealership/warranty repairs. I want to get the TSB done for my A8 transmission (hard engagement from park to drive) however I have a supercharger kit. The dealership told me they cannot do the repair even though its a known TSB because the car has a SC. If anyone ran into this let me know how to get this done. Thanks
