Tire Size advice

Ok,

I use my Corvette primarily for autocross with some daily driving.

I have TSW Nurburgrings on the Vette, 18's up front and 19's in the rear. To keep the nannies from freaking out because size offset is not enough, which size to go with?

I have 275/35/19's up front which measures 25.6 inches tall.

The 305/30/19's measure 26.3 inches tall while the 305/35/19's measure 27.4 inches tall. I know the 305/35's would be fine, but would the 305/30's be tall enough to satisfy the active handling/traction control nannies? I ran into this problem with my old Falken Azenis RT 615K's when I used 18's in the rear.
