Need Help Pricing Parts

I saw on the C5 Parts Section someone looking for just a "plenum" like in my photo several weeks ago and he could not find one.

I removed all the parts shown in the photos soon after I bought the car new when I installed a Hurricane intake - so they are in like-new condition. I also have a NEW spare air filter which I never installed that I can throw in.

My questions are:

1. Would you sell "everything" shown as a package deal or break it apart?

2. What would a fir price be?
