Let's talk about knife sharpeners

Thanks to k-spaz's thread about his unfortunate incident, I See there are lots of good options for knife sharpening. My uses are keeping my pocket and kitchen knives sharp and the bigger challenge which is keeping my skinning knives (for skinning deer and wild hogs) sharp enough to do job well.

I really don't want to spend hundreds of dollars, but I don't mind spending $150 if it's worth it. I like what I see about Work Sarp sharpeners. Amazon has them for about $20 less than MSRP.
