Maryland LS mechanic help

I have a friend who lives on the eastern shore of MD (in easton) and has had from what seems to me a bad mechanic rip her off on her LS4 rebuild.

Can anyone let me know a mechanic in MD who is familiar with LS platforms that I can refer her to that may not be too far away?

Again she lives near Easton and has a LS4 motor.
