Any fix for crooked HUD?

Only thing wrong with my new C7 so far is the crooked heads up display. The higher I set it, the further down the right side goes. Even more noticeable with the G meter. This line is clearly misaligned to the road, cars, etc. Even the dash.

A quick search will result in a few threads with no resolution.

Is everyone just living with it?

I think this is a defect. If there is some variance that's going to happen, they need to make it more adjustable and we should all let GM know so they can offer a fix.

Maybe a different lens to offset the curve of the windshield?

My C6 did NOT have the same issue, btw.
