1972 Master Cylinder Leaking AGAIN!!!

I need to fix my leaking Master Cylinder but I don't think it is original.
How can I confirm that my Master Cylinder is factory correct??

By the service history, which came with the car, it appears the MC was replaced in 2011 and upon further CF research it may not be a reconditioned factory original which I thought it to be ... would that be a correct assumption??

Part #29969 on one side and on the engine side it appears to be 061 R9. My AIM says GM #5474237 or 5474230??

Any thoughts would be appreciated
