1970 lt1 electronic ignition setup? Whats it worth? Tell me more about it please

Okay so I am helping sell this setup, but to be honest I don't know a whole lot about older engines. I started working on cars in the newer lt1/ls1 times. I believe it's an electronic ignition setup for a 70-71 lt1 corvette, but I think it also fits some camaro's ect? Looking to get a little more information so I can know what I'm selling and also know what it fits and what it is worth. I'm told everything is rebuilt with new points ect. Thanks for any help!
