Simpson Hybrid Rage with seatbelt anchor system

Sells new for $639. Looking for $450 for it. July of 13 stamped but my understanding is you can just get it re-certified in 2018.

It's in good shape and never been in an accident. Sold the car so I don't need it anymore.
