That was actually pretty entertaining.

Got off work at 6am and was headed to fish on a body of water I pass every day I go to work. Got stiffed as it's apparently private property and gates were up as I was making my way back. So I'm heading home, cruising down the road.

Being the attentive driver I am, I notice a Hawk come gliding into my field of view from the left, relatively low to the ground. Lost him behind a tree. Well he came out from behind that tree just above car level RIGHT in front of me. I was overtaking him but not too fast. So I let off the gas and just kind of rode up right behind him as he cruised straight down my lane. Got pretty doggone close.

Then I honked the horn. This freaking bird did a double wobble opposite wings flapping jump in mid air then went straight up. I'd have given anything to have a dash cam in the car.
