1977 C3 L82 Corvette Random Bolt Mystery

See attatched pictures... diameter appears to be 5/16th but not official yet.... markings on the head, TR as seen in one picture...

I was driving in my neighborhood going 20 maybe 30mph and all of a sudden heard boom then the ring of the bolt bouncing... checked around rear around briefly and didn't see where it came from... doubt I kicked it up as I wasn't going too fast...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
