Spark Plug Choice

What is the best choice for spark plugs for a '69 base engine Vette? It has 81K org miles on an unrebuilt engine, no mods, hacks or additions.

I found some NOS R45 ACs and some Champion N12Y and N12YC spark plugs in my dad's house when cleaning it out. They are new.
