Opinion: "base" model, 2016 Coupe, Z51 2LT

Found a used, 2016 Coupe - Z51 - 2LT. No other options.
Torch Red w/ Jet Black Interior.
650 miles

Owned for ~1month according to CarFax... ( According to the dealer, owner traded from a Mustang - and decided after a short time to go back to a Mustang. )
Global Connect shows no claims during ownership period.

Should I be concerned about such short ownership?
Will I regret not having other options on this car (Coupe, Z51 , 2LT)?
Would this be a bad purchase?..
Suggestions on reasonable Purchase Price?..
