Deck lid hinges continued

I'm posting here in addition to a previous post. It's a 1969 that I'm trying to sort out any information is appreciated.

I'm hoping to do some more detective work on my hinge problem. Does anyone know if all hinges were the same length?

If the hinges end up being all the same why did they change the nut plates? Was there a change in the underbody or something with the rear surrounds.
