"White noise" machines used at DNC to quell noise from Bernie supporters...

...as well as hijacking the seats for the delegates. I'm not sure why they're claiming it's white noise device tho, upon reviewing the video it appears to be a Cisco wifi unit...

So much for transparency. The video is rather long, but the woman captures everything fairly clearly...
